The "All in one night" dinner was a great success, thanks to the exceptional collaboration of the two chefs
That of 29 August was a gastronomic evening dedicated to excellence at the Convivio del Miramare, the restaurant of our structure in the heart of Rapallo. The protagonists are the Executive chef David Galantini and the three-time starred chef Enrico Cerea of the Da Vittorio restaurant with an eclectic menu conceived and created by the masters, together with the infallible Convivio brigade.
The large audience and its satisfaction are the best bonuses, which encourage our staff to constantly improve, to offer its customers an excellent service, always up to expectations.
A heartfelt thanks therefore to David Galantini, Enrico Cerea, to the sommeliers Paola Ardizzone and Massimo De Luca, to all the staff of the Convivio del Miramare and to the director Angelo Bellani for the perfect success of the evening and the magnificent experience they offered to our customers.
