A suggestive exhibition on the sea of Rapallo
A unique and scenographic setting with a dreamlike atmosphere made of candles gliding over the sea of the Gulf of Rapallo: on Friday 7 August 2020 at 9.00 pm the "Città di Rapallo" Band will dedicate a spectacular concert from the sea, on the Lungomare Vittorio Veneto, to the late maestro Ennio Morricone, who passed away on 6 July, and to all health workers involved in the Covid-19 emergency.
The 48 musicians will perform exceptionally from the deck of the Orion motor ship of the Tigullio Maritime Consortium, converted for the occasion into a truly unique stage. With the extraordinary participation of the Circolo Pescatori Dilettanti Rapallesi for the laying of candles in the sea.
On the piano, accompanied by strings and vocalists, maestro Andrea Bacchetti will perform in front of the Chiosco della Musica, in the square adjacent to the Miramare.
The tribute to the great artist is also an opportunity to celebrate all health workers who during this difficult moment have committed themselves with soul and body to face the health emergency. In this regard, the testimonial of the evening will be Giuseppe Russo, ASL4 infectious disease specialist.
We are therefore waiting for you from 9pm at the Lungomare Vittorio Veneto for this unique evening dedicated to the music of Maestro Ennio Morricone.
