Overlooking the seafront and beside the historic and lively little square, the Miramare Restaurant proposes two environments: indoors, a large and bright room on a slightly raised level from which you can enjoy the best panoramic view of the Rapallo coast thanks to the large windows, and an open space, surrounded by greenery, at sea level.
Open to an international cuisine, especially of French inspiration, our executive chef traces the Ligurian territory with traditional food ingredients included in his original and sophisticated dishes.
The territory and the seasonality are the fundamentals of our cuisine, translated into gourmet recipes by the chef's decades of experience.
A research kitchen, that of the Executive chef Galantini, capable of combining the best raw materials to make unique dishes, such as his risotto Acquerello with Parmesan, late radicchio and red "divine", or the superfine tournedos with Rossini "between truth and legend".
