In the unique and fascinating context of the center of Rapallo, in the Gulf of Tigullio, at the Miramare Restaurant on Saturday 21 September there will be a theme evening, on the occasion of the 59th Genoa Boat Show.
A special guest, starred chef David Galantini, has designed and will create a "Mediterranean" theme tasting menu for our guests, a tribute to our sea, protagonist of the Genoese festival, now in its 59th edition.
Here is a succession of traditional flavors combined with the innovation of the chef's creative flair:

Cod cappuccino with Ratte* potato cream, lemon zest and mullet roe
