A success for the first night of food, drink & music at the Cocktail Bistrot

Great success for the evening of Friday 1st November at the Cocktail Bistrot Miramare! For the first appointment with Miramare evenings, our Starred Chef David Galantini has delighted the public with his show cooking of land and sea with his original recipes, such as the Tartare of Fassona with egg and the Timballo di Bufala, Mela, Red shrimp, tomato confit and caper.

There were also buffet dishes such as warm pasta, vegetable and chickpea cakes, finger food, tuna and salmon canapés, focaccia and pizzas. All accompanied by excellent wine by the glass and the spectacular Miramare cocktails and lively music of the 80s and 90s.

The evening will be repeated every Friday in November: we are waiting for you also on November 8th for an unforgettable evening at the Cocktail Bistrot. You can choose one of the sea and land recipes in combination with one of the proposed cocktails (or a drink of your choice): € 12.00 drink (including buffet, dish and drink).
