Tribute to the Mediterranean, a success for the evening with Chef Galantini in Rapallo
The Genoa Boat Show has just concluded and we want once again to pay homage to our wonderful sea with the images of the evening of Saturday 21 September 2019, during which the starred chef David Galantini has created a tasting menu dedicated to the Mediterranean.
The protagonist of the evening was the Bouillabaisse, the traditional fish soup typical of nearby Provence, revisited in a contemporary way with the use of ingredients and products of our sea and territory.
The gastronomic initiative was a success for the Miramare Restaurant, which saw the hall populated by boating enthusiasts and famous people of the city of Rapallo, first and foremost the Mayor Carlo Bagnasco, all in the front row to taste the delicious menu created by the chef Galantini.
