
The refined haute cuisine of executive chef David Galantini in the heart of Rapallo
In a unique location for the city of Rapallo, the Miramare Restaurant is a splendid terrace overlooking the seafront promenade. The large windows and the dehors in an atmosphere of other times give the feeling of being right in the middle of the sea.
The kitchen is entrusted to the expert hands of Executive Chef David Galantini and the new brigade of the Miramare, four times winner of the "Mare in Tavola" Award and awarded with a Michelin star as executive chef of the Golden Palace restaurant in Turin and Hotel Ristorante Ambrosiano in Milan. Chef of Milan AC historic restaurant L'Assassino from Milan from 2004 to 2007, he was also chef at Palazzo Italia during Expo 2015.
He compared himself with innovative gastronomy as well as with a more traditional cuisine, where simple and natural flavors are combined with creativity, in a perfect balance between taste and aesthetics.
