The refined haute cuisine of executive chef David Galantini in the heart of Rapallo

In a unique location for the city of Rapallo, the Miramare Restaurant is a splendid terrace overlooking the seafront promenade. The large windows and the dehors in an atmosphere of other times give the feeling of being right in the middle of the sea.

The kitchen is entrusted to the expert hands of Executive Chef David Galantini and the new brigade of the Miramare, four times winner of the "Mare in Tavola" Award and awarded with a Michelin star as executive chef of the Golden Palace restaurant in Turin and Hotel Ristorante Ambrosiano in Milan. Chef of Milan AC historic restaurant L'Assassino from Milan from 2004 to 2007, he was also chef at Palazzo Italia during Expo 2015.

He compared himself with innovative gastronomy as well as with a more traditional cuisine, where simple and natural flavors are combined with creativity, in a perfect balance between taste and aesthetics.

Here then is the bread, pasta, handmade desserts, the care of sea and land products, the choice of the fresh, the combination of tastes, the culture of the lands, the passion for flavors and fragrances.

Mediterranean gastronomic experience

In the kitchen of the Miramare Restaurant you will be accompanied on a journey through the ancient Ligurian flavors cleverly revisited by the executive chef Galantini and his close-knit team in a modern and French-inspired key.

The historic Cappon Magro with a sailor's biscuit, a typical dish of the Ligurian tradition, along with fish preparations and the chef's original recipes, cannot be missed.

Suitable for a romantic dinner by the sea, a tasty lunch of fresh fish, or a regenerating and rich breakfast buffet dedicated to hotel guests, the Miramare Restaurant is an institution for the city of Rapallo, to which you can't miss visiting for a typical and varied gastronomic experience.

The Mediterranean flavors of the Miramare Restaurant are perfect to combine with a glass of wine from the best Italian tradition, with an eye to French wines.
