Overlooking the seafront and beside the historic and lively little square, the Miramare Restaurant proposes two environments: indoors, a large and bright room on a slightly raised level from which you can enjoy the best panoramic view of the Rapallo coast thanks to the large windows, and an open space, surrounded by greenery, at sea level.
All our dishes are prepared with the heart and humility to carry on the traditional recipes of Ligurian cuisine and the high quality of the food products of our territory with great attention to food modernity and the needs of people with different needs.
The territory and seasonality are the fundamentals of our cuisine: simplicity and truth, with elegance but without unnecessary frills and passing fashions.
The concreteness and immediacy of flavors can be found in all our dishes such as homemade pasta, such as Pansoti with walnut sauce and Trofie with basil pesto from Pra and EVO oil from typical Ligurian olives cultivars and in particular of the Tigullio and our Cappon magro, refined with the scampi of Santa Margherita Ligure and the local catch (Besugo, Morone, Alici ...) cooked in Ligurian style.
